Addressing issues
When, for some reason, a measure turns out not to be effective anymore, that measure needs attention. An issue can be created to register in what way a measure is no longer effective and tasks can be assigned to that measure in order to make that measure effective again.
The issue status options have the following meaning:
- identified: The issue is identified, but yet to be analyzed.
- analysed: The issue has been analysed and tasks to deal with this issue have been defined.
- approved: The tasks to deal with this issue have all been approved.
- executed: The tasks to deal with this issue have all been executed.
- closed: The handling of this issue is finished.
When all tasks are marked done, you can set the issue's status to 'closed' and the measure's status back to 'effective'.
