Main menu options

The main menu offers several options. It is possible that not all options are available to you.

• Risks: On this page, you can view and register risks and assign measures to the risks.
• Measures: A measure can have a different owner than the risk it mitigates. On this page, measure owners can see the measures that have been assigned to them. Here they can also assign issues to certain measures.
• Issues: Measures can become less effective or less efficient over time. Here you can view the issues that have been assigned to the measures that need attention.
• Controls: When you create measures, you can also assign controls to them. Here you can see an overview of all the controls that have been assigned to measures.
• Scenarios: Here you can merge multiple risks into scenarios for large-scale incidents.
• Statistics: All risk information can be combined to give interesting statistics, which can be used to better understand the challenges your organisation faces.
• Logs: Every action is logged within the register. On this page, they can be viewed for auditing.
• Export: All the risk information can be exported to CSV files, to be used in other applications. Because of the one-to-many relationship between risks, tags, measures and issues and the fact that CSV is only two-dimensional, they are all exported in a separate file.
• Advisor: A user can gain access to another organisation's risk information, by taking the advisor role for that organisation. Here you can request access or actually access other organisation's risks.
